- English-speaking guides are available for an additional fee.
- You may reschedule your overnight stay ONCE (based on availability) as follows: – 100% of your payment will be applied towards rescheduling if you notify us at least 14 days before the arrival time on your scheduled visit date – 50% of your payment will be applied towards rescheduling if you notify us at least 7 days before the arrival time on your scheduled visit date, and the remaining 50% will be forfeited – No refunds or reschedules can happen if you notify us within 7 days of your scheduled visit date
